Why Can’t I Be THIS Funny?

So, as I sit here doing some work….yea right…I stumbled across this little gem:

My Life In A Cube

I was just just checking out Tumblr, and have since been looking at some of the blogs. I just couldn’t help but identify with “Shane”. Even if I don’t work in a cubicle….Thank God

Be sure to swing by My Life In A Cube.

That is pretty funny. I work as a Marketing Intern for a shopping center here and sometimes when I sit in my office for hours it can get pretty depressing. haha. Anyway thanks for the hilarious cartoon.

For me the scary part is that it’s only 20 years away, so I am running out of time. But I have faith that I will be able to do all of the things that I want to do, and maybe with some luck I’ll be able to retire withing 10 years:-)

Hey Colin!

I am living by myself for the past two years in Japan and the time passed by really fast. Although I still have 38 more years ahead, I feel enthusiastic about it: 38 years to accomplish my projects!

As for the drawing itself, I love the trace. Love, love and envy so much! Wish I had skills like that. Well, I do have 38 years to practice :-)

I am printing this and making a PDF. It is inspiring for planning to 2009. If it turns looking good, I will let you know.

Cheers, D.

Wow, that’s so true about so many people. That’s why I think it’s important to have a job that you love. It makes it all worth while!

So true, BUT what about someone like me? I’ve done the 40 years, reached the time to retire and still I choose to sit in front of the screen/keyboard. At least I get to choose now, and when I do it.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I had NO idea that anyone even visited! LOL

I’ve since updated this post to correct an image location problem, as well as provide the PROPER link to the actual comic site. Oops.

Cheers!
