Here it is, my first post via my iPhone, done while standing in my front yard. Ain’t technology grand? Not much to say right now really. It’s overcast, windy, and warm. I’d almost hazard to say it was mostly pleasant.

These are moments when being unemployed doesn’t seem to suck as much. I’m somewhat comforted by the fact that I’m not alone in this boat, but it is sobering to see just how many of us are sailing these troubled waters. I used to see Mondays as that unsavory beginning to the work week. Now, it still has that quality, I just don’t have to get fully dressed in the morning to experience it.

Maybe it’s time for an experiment. I wonder if I can bring in some readers that are sharing this journey with me. I could always use the company…
